The villa is completely secluded. 40 minutes drive (nearly all motorway) from Faro airport, the villa is 5 minutes away from the David Leadbeater Gramacho/Pinta golf complex (36 holes) and 5 minutes from The Algarve's premier tennis complex. Also just 10 minutes drive to the main shopping hypermarket and the fishing village of Carvoeiro, which has many shops, restaurants and bars. The property contains all modern conveniences and is fully managed with access to the management company 24 hours per day.
